BRICKS WITH MEANING 2.0

Now let’s see what came before the handbook - the learning process and collaboration behind it.

As part of the Erasmus+ KA210 project “BRICKS WITH MEANING 2.0”, we were part of an international training course focused on the use of LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) in youth work and education in March 2025 in Helsinki, Finland. The course was designed for youth workers and educators, with a particular focus on professionals supporting migrant and refugee communities in their local contexts.

Over an intensive week, participants explored how LSP can strengthen learning, reflection, and strategic work in organisations. The training programme combined hands-on practice with peer learning and included various application techniques and method using lego bricks.

A key outcome of the training was the creation and testing of participant-developed methods — practical, adaptable tools using LEGO bricks that can be transferred to different groups of young people and learning environments.

The experience and insights gathered during the training course directly contributed to the development of our educational handbook, which supports youth workers and educators in implementing LSP in their practice. You can download the handbook in the post before.
