The Power Of Communication

was a long term training course which united 31 educators coming from from 10 countries: France, Turkey, Lithuania, Poland, Greece, North Macedonia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Italy. Participants developed their competences in communication on different levels ( educator-learner, educator-educator, educator - team) in order to raise the quality of educational activities and youth work they do and in order to promote diversity, intercultural and inter-religious communication and dialogue, common values of freedom, tolerance and respect of human rights. The LTTC was a 3-stage process involving 2 training courses and an online course in between which helped participants develop their communication skills relevant for their work and practiced various methods and tools which can be used in communication process with different target groups! We hope that we will soon do more projects like this in the future in such a fruitful partnership!
